摘要
炮口制退器带来的压力波对人体的危害不容忽视。提出了在不降低制退器效率情况下实现GJB50-1985规定的压力波允许值的研究目标。通过进行制退器和炮口流场两方面原理分析,得出减小出口处喷流压力和最大瞬间秒流量,增加气流在装置内滞留时间的理论依据。对以下4种技术途径进行了探讨:新型炮口制退器结构;将气流引向炮口后部,增大腔室空间,在制退器内径向分流;纵向截流;减小冲击波膨胀时相互干扰,抑制激波瓶的形成。为高效率低危害炮口制退器的结构设计提供了参考。
Pressure blast of muzzle brake has hazardous effect on human bodies. Research goal of pressure blast permission value specified by GJB50-1985 under the condition of without reducing recoil efficiency was proposed. By means of two principles analysis of muzzle brake and muzzle flow field, jet flow pres- sure at exit and maximum instantaneous flow per second were acquired to increase theory basis of airflow in muzzle brake device. Four technical approaches were discussed: first was to analyze and study structure of new muzzle brake; second was to let airflow into rear of muzzle to enlarge chamber of muzzle brake; third was to intercept airflow longitudinally; fourth was to reduce blast disturbance each other in expansion, and to prevent shock wave of bottle neck from forming. The technology provides some reference for structural design of muzzle brake with high efficiency but low hazard.
