网格中间件GOS2及一种网格作业流的实现

介绍了GOS2的特点和社区、网程与网程容器、安全机制、网格文件系统、网格批作业系统以及网格记账系统几个主要模块。给出了一种基于GOS2系统架构,在此基础上实现了一种网格作业流形式的作业提交、结果查看以及作业取消和删除。实现包括页面部分和后台作业运行脚本部分,并给出了主要实现代码。

The features and several main modules of GOS2 which are agora, grip and grip container, security, grid file system, gird batch job system, grid accounting system were introduced. Based on a system of GOS2, a kind of grid workflow was put forward which included job submitting, result viewing, job cancellation and deletion. The implementation contained the Web page part and the bash script running on back end. The main codes were also provided.
