摘要
介绍了液力耦合器的结构及其工作原理;以C8051F330单片机为控制核心,以高速开关阀代替比例阀,设计了液力耦合器智能监控系统的硬件电路,通过控制伺服油缸活塞的进给量来调节液力耦合器的输出转速;最后建立了伺服油缸的数学模型,用Matlab软件的Fuzzy Logic和Simulink工具箱对模糊控制器的控制效果进行了仿真分析,得出了模糊控制器的量化因子、比例因子等对系统性能的影响结果。
This paper gives a brief introduction of the structure and principles of hydraulic coupling. In this article, an intelligent monitoring and control system is designed, by taking the single chip C8051 F330 as the control kernel, and taking HSV instead of proportion valve to control the piston's position of the servo cylinder, then to adjust the speed of hydraulic coupling. The mathematical model of the servo cylinder is astablished and the fuzzy controller is simulated using Fuzzy Log- ic and Simulink toolbox of Matlab. The impact of quantify factor, proportion factor, etc. on the performance of the system is obtained.
