2006年底,我国已全面兑现入世金融承诺,全能化、国际化的国外金融机构已经大举进入我国金融市场,金融竞争日趋激烈。我国金融机构要在竞争中发展创新,必然要借助金融控股公司这种组织结构实行综合经营。在我国目前仍实行分业监管的条件下,既要大力发展金融控股公司,又要对其实施有效的监管,确保其健康发展,达到增强我国金融业国际竞争力的目的。

By the end of 2006 China has honored the WTO financial commitments. Many almighty overseas financial institutions, having global influence, have poured into China＇s financial markets. Financial market is facing increasingly fierce competition.In the competition, if China＇s financial institutions keep invincible, it is inevitable to operate with the help of the structure of financial holding company. Under China＇s divisional regulation mechanism, we must ensure financial holding company＇s development and continuously keep it stronger under the effective supervision. By that, we can strengthen the international competition of our financial industry.
