我国中青年从业人员健身行为缺失的成因分析

我国中青年从业人员体育活动参与率低、健身行为缺失不是工作忙、无时间、健身设施不足等这些因素所能解释的。本文运用社会学和社会心理学的有关理论,透过两次群众体育现状调查,比较分析该人群与学生群体、老年人群存在主观的认识和客观的时间冲突问题,显现出该人群健身行为缺失的成因:时间的二元困境、健身与生活质量认识的偏差、我国教育制度的缺陷和大众体育制度失调、传统文化和世俗观念的影响。以此带来相应的问题引发人们的思考。

The excuse of busy work, having no time to do sport, insufficient fitness facility, or other factors could not clarify the fact that Chinese youth jobholders＇ sports participation rate is extremely low, and there exists the flaw in their fitness behavior. By employing the related sociological and the social psychology theories, penetrating two-time populace sports present situation investigation, this article compares the subjective cognition and the objective on time conflict questions between those of this breed with those of young students and old age crowd to show the origin of the group＇s fitness flaw： time dual difficult position, the understanding deviation from the linkage of physical fitness and quality of life, the educational system flaw and populace sports system detuning, the influence of traditional culture and common recognition.
