对当前社区体育设施配置若干问题的思考

传统的社区体育设施建设集中于强调设施数量的增加。透视我国社区体育设施配置与社区体育发展存在的矛盾与冲突,显示出社区体育设施设置的划一性、模式的单一化;不平衡性;单一性功能定位;管理缺乏有效的监督和制约等传统建设的诸多弊端。文章提出:正确认识驱动力与建设阻力,正确处理好当前需要与未来需要的关系,社区经济、文化与设施设置内容的关系,无偿使用设施与有偿使用设施配置的关系,协调企事业单位的体育设施资源,注重保障性、辅助性的软环境建设,结合地域文化、社区成员的实际需求,有针对性的配置体育设施,走社区体育可持续发展之路,是社区体育健康发展的内在要求。

The community sports facilities insufficiency displays not merely on its lacking, but the excessive increase of facility quantities. Analyzed the existing contradiction and the conflict between our country community sports infrastructure construction and the community sports devel opment, it reflects the traditional construction＇s malpractice. Based on our country national condition, the community sports infrastructure construction cannot only depend on the increasing investment; it is essential to coordinate enterprises and institutions＇ sports facilities resources, stress on system management and auxiliary soft environment construction. In addition, combining regional culture with community member＇s actual demands, with proper disposition infrastructure, is the intrinsic request for its sustainable development in building a ＂saving society＂.
