On the Reform of Graduates Training Model Based on the Theory of Human Resources Capital Investiment

当前,研究生培养模式改革日益受到社会的关注和重视。文章从人力资本投资视角对研究生培养模式改革进行分析,指出产学研结合是研究生培养模式改革的现实选择,探求其存在的困难,进而提出改革和完善研究生培养模式的建议。

Currently, the reform of graduate training model arouse great public attention. With the analysis of the reform of graduate training model based on the human capital theory, we advocate the model of university - industry cooperation. Understanding the difficulties in the implement of university - industry cooperation, we put forward suggestions on the improvement of this training model.
