[内容提要]阐述能见度不良时船舶的行动规则及近距离避让的避让方法,以使船舶驾驶人员能从中得到启发,采取必要的避让措施,确保航行安全。
This paper describes the vessel＇s activity rules and the methods of the ship＇s anti-collision at a short distance in the restricted visibility. The purpose is to make the vessel officers be inspired and adopt necessary anti-collision measures to make the navigation safety.
