摘要
青海回族军阀体系中,其军事制度扮演着至关重要的角色,只有通过对军制的考察,方能从微观上探讨其军事实力消长的原由。本文从兵源、军官成分及训练为中心,对青海回族军阀的军事制度进行了较为深入的剖析及研究,以期抛砖引玉。
The military system played an important role in warlord system of the Hui ethnic group in Qinghai province. Only when explored from the perspective of military, can causes for growth and decline of military power at macro - level. In this paper, the author elaborated military system of warlord of the Hui ethnic group in Qinghai province based on an analysis of sources of soldiers, military officer and drills.
