摘要
目的通过了解乡镇卫生院的培训情况,结合卫生技术人员的需求,探讨适合乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员发展的继续教育之路。方法采用整群抽样方法,对西部某省8所卫生院全体卫生技术人员进行问卷调查,对问卷进行EXCEL数据录入和统计处理。结果目前的培训内容主要以临床技能和护理技能培训为主,63.5%的培训方式是集中授课,卫生技术人员最希望的培训内容是临床技能、心理和人际沟通、康复保健,最希望得到的培训方式是进修学习,大部分人员希望培训费用由政府支付。结论制定恰当的培训内容,适宜的培训方式,适当的费用比例是保证卫生院人员素质提高的有效途径。
Object Through learning about the training situation of township health centers, combining with the need of health professionals, to explore the suited way of continuing education which adapts to the development of health professionals in township health centers. Methods By cluster sampling, we surveyed the whole health professionals of 8 township heath centers in a west province by questionnaire. Results The contents of training were mainly clinic skills and nursing skills at present, the ways of 63.5% trainings were centralized lessons, the most expected training contents were clinic skills, psychics, interpersonal communication, convalescence care; the most expected way of training was further study ( 54.4% ) ; most of them expected the fee of training was paid by governments. Conclusions The effective pathway that ensures to enhance the quality of health professionals of township health centers was suitable training content, appropriate training way and adequate training expense.
