摘要
介绍新一代W-3型重质燃油助燃剂的工业应用情况。该重质燃油助燃剂性能良好,投入加热炉后,节油量达到3%左右,同时对炉管表面有阻垢作用,改善了传热效果,稳定和降低炉膛温度,有效地保证了装置的安全运行。
Presents industrial application of new generation W -3 heavy fuel oil combustion improver. It has good performances. When it is added into the heating furnace, the oil saved is up to around 3% ; meanwhile, it has resistance to fouling on furnace tube surface, thus improves heat transfer efficiency, stabilizes and decreases furnace temperature, and ensures safe operation of the plant.
