摘要
齐鲁分公司橡胶厂循环水泵的功率大,能耗高,效率低。运转一段时间后,由于腐蚀等原因,效率会下降严重。通过采用在泵壳及转子表面刷涂耐腐蚀光滑材料的方式,使得泵效率大大提高。
The circulating water pump in Qilu rubber complex was big in power, high in energy consumption and low in efficiency. After a period of operation, its efficiency was severely decreased due to corrosion, etc. The efficiency of the pump was greatly increased by painting corrosion resistant smooth material on the surfaces of pump shell and rotor.
