思密达联合庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎32例

Clinical Observation on Retention Enema with Smecta and Gentamycin Sulfate Treatment for 32 Cases with Acute Radiation Proctitis

目的:观察思密达联合庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法:63例急性放射性直肠炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组32例和对照组31例。两组患者均采用抗感染、补液、营养支持及少渣饮食等治疗。在此基础上,治疗组加用0.9%氯化钠注射液30 mL+思密达3.0 g+地塞米松10 mg+庆大霉素24万U+利多卡因100 mg保留灌肠,2次/d,1周为一疗程;对照组加用庆大霉素8万U+硫糖铝1.0 g+思密达3.0 g,口服,3次/d,1周为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组总有效率为83.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.2,P<0.05)。结论:思密达联合庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎,有良好的止泻效果,使用方便,值得进一步研究。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of retention enema with Smecta and Gentamycin Sulfate on the patients with acute radiation proctitis.Methods：Sixty-three patients were randomly divided into two groups： 32 in treatment group and 31 in the control group.All patients in the two groups were administrated with Eliminate inflammation,liquid,nourishment support,the little remnant food etc.In the treatment group,30 mL normal saline,3.0 g Smecta,10 mg Dexamethasone Acetat Injection,240 000 U Gentamycin Sulfate,and 100 mg Lidocaine Hydrochloride were given via retention enema,two times every day for 1 week;While in contraol group the patients orally took Gentamycin Sulfate,sucralfate,Smecta three times a day for 1 week.Statistical analysis was completed by Chi-squared test.Results： The effective rate were 93.8% and 83.9% in treatment group and control group,respectively.There was a significant difference between two groups（χ2 =7.2,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Retention enema with Smecta and Gentamycin Sulfate for patients with acute radiation proctitis has good effect.It is an effective and convenient treatment with slight side-effects for controlling radiation-induced entero-colitis.So it is worthy of further study and clinical application extensively.
