摘要
主要根据风电项目的特点,对现阶段招标项目存在的误区,对风电项目建设招标各阶段宜采取的方案和侧重点进行分析,以期使项目建设获得良好的效果。
According to the characteristics of wind and electricity projects, the paper analyzes mistakes taken place in the present project bidding process. By discussing different bidding modes and important aspects for the bidding stages for wind and electricity projects, the author tries to improve the results of project construction.
