助溶酸浸硫铁矿烧渣的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用常压下助溶酸浸的方法对提取硫铁矿烧渣中的铁进行了研究,得到硫铁矿烧渣中铁浸出率的影响因素及规律。结果表明,影响铁浸出率的主要因素为硫酸浓度、反应时间和温度、硫酸用量系数、助溶剂用量及热水用量;当硫酸用量系数为1.05、硫酸浓度为65%-70%、反应温度为125℃、反应时间为3-4 h、助溶剂用量为烧渣量的16%-20%、热水用量为烧渣量的1倍或1.8倍时,铁的浸出率可达95%以上。 The experiment of extracting iron from pyrite cinder by using H2SO3 solution and solvent dissolution enhancement is carried out at normal atmospheric pressure. Some factors and rules that influence the iron-extraction rate are identified. The result indicates that H2SO4 concentration, reaction time and temperature, dosage coefficient of H2SO4 , dosage of solvent dissolution enhancement, and hot water are the major factors that affect the iron-extraction rate. When the dosage coefficient of H2SO4 is 1.05, H2SO1 concentration is between 65% and 70%, the reaction temperature is 125 ℃, the reaction time is 3-4 hours, the dosage of solvent dissolution enhancement is from 16% to 20% of the mass of pyrite cinder, and the dosage of hot water is 1.8 times than or twice of the mass of pyrite cinder, the iron-extraction rate can reach or exceed 95% .
