摘要
采用一种流变相法制备掺杂B和P非金属元素的SnO复合氧化物(TBP),对不同温度下热分解得到的产物结构及作为锂二次电池负极材料的电化学性能进行表征。结果表明,以比容量和循环性能折中考虑,500℃热处理试样的电化学性能较好。
Sn-B-P composite oxides (TBP) are prepared by the rheological phase-precursor reaction method. The electrochemical performances of Sn-B-P composite oxides as anode for Li-ion batteries are: investigated in the form of Li/Sn-B-P composite oxides ceils used in the galvanostatic charging-discharging cxperiments. The results reveal that the electrochemical performance of the B-P-doped sampies hcat-treated at 500℃ is better than that of other heat-treated temperatures.
