国内外体育经费来源渠道的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Financing Mode of Sports in China and Foreign Countries

充足的体育资金来源是体育事业健康发展的保证,从国外发展趋势来看,体育经费来源渠道正不断朝着多元化和市场化方向发展,与国外相比,我国体育资金来源仍比较单一,市场化程度不高,尚有较大的上升空间。研究认为,我国必须拓展与改善体育资金来源渠道:一是要改进现有融资途径,使之更加行之有效;二是应区分不同性质的体育项目,有针对性地选择资金来源;三是政府在立法与政策上要给予必要的扶持,同时改善整个社会对体育消费和健康保护的意识,以便从商业化的角度,更广泛地开拓体育资金来源。

Sufficient financing modes of sports are essential in promoting the well development of physical culture. In foreign countries, the financing modes of sports are diversified and marketized. Compared with foreign countries, the financing modes of sports in China are somewhat single which still need to be marketized. The author of this paper believes that the financing modes of sports in China should be expanded and improved： （1） the current financing modes of sports could be bettered so that they would be more effective in practice; （2） the financing modes of sports should be chosen according to different sports activities; （3） our government ought to support with relative legislation and policy, and meanwhile improve people＇s recognition of expenditure on sports and hearth protection so as to expand extensively the financing modes of sports in commercial perspective.
