摘要 对尾巨桉单板水抽提后进行漂白正交试验。以漂白后单板的色差和白度为评价指标,推断出对漂白效果有显著影响的因素包括:温度、时间、硅酸钠质量分数、过氧化氢质量分数。较佳漂白工艺为:温度70℃,时间90~120min,过氧化氢质量分数5%,硅酸钠质量分数1.2%,pH值9~10。 An orthogonal experiment was conducted to investigate the bleaching technology for water-extracted veneer of Eucalyptus urophylla × grandis. Taking the whiteness and color difference of the bleached veneer as indexes, the factors that could affect the bleaching results were evaluated, including bleaching temperature, time, and the concentration of Na2SiO3 and H2O2. Results found that the pH value of the bleaching solution only influenced the bleaching rate, and had almost no effect on the bleaching quality. The optimum parameters were determined as. 50% concentration of H2O2,1.2 % NazSiO3, bleaching solution pH of 9~10, and a temperature of 70 ℃ for a duration of 90~120 minutes.
