An Analysis on Boring Process for Panel Furniture Parts

为了提高板式家具钻孔作业的效率,应用多种方法对板式家具生产用全自动六排钻进行了作业研究。通过对钻孔加工族的时间研究,初步建立不同工步单件加工时间的标准资料,并探讨节省作业转换时间的方法。

To find ways of improving boring process efficiency in panel furniture production, the authors of this article made an investigation of the operation time of a fully automatic, six-row boring machine. By studying some boring machining families, standard time datum for unit operation was set up. Some methods of shortening operation changing time were also presented.
