随着打黑除恶专项斗争的深入开展,监狱内关押的"涉黑"罪犯会越来越多,情况会越来越复杂。"涉黑"罪犯的纠合性、腐蚀性等特点给监狱管理工作造成一定的压力。有关方面应该从提高认识,明确责任,严格执法,创新管理,加强教育,加强队伍建设等方面着手,完善对"涉黑"罪犯的管理,化解风险,维持改造秩序的和谐稳定。
