论现代科技在监管改造工作中的应用

现代科技在监管改造工作中可以发挥重要的作用。监狱工作中已经采用了一些现代科技手段,但就使用科技装备的总体情况而言,其明显滞后于社会的科技发展水平,主要表现为发展不平衡、标准不统一、功能开发使用不到位。应该从提高认识、统一规划、筹措资金、引进人才等多方面努力,配备当前监管改造工作中迫切需要应用的现代科技手段。

Modern science and technology play an important effect in the reform in prison.The jail has already adopt a few modern science and technology means in the job,as far as general condition in using the scientific equipment,it obviously fall behind the society level,for instance,development is not in balance,the standard has not united,the function has not be put into use.We should make great efforts from many ways such as to deepen the understanding,to unit a plan,to raise funds,to introduce talented person,to apply science and technology means which is urgently needed in custody reform in prison.
