职业教育是以能力本位的,是一种强调能力培养的教育理念和教育模式。这里所说的"能力"不仅包括专业能力,而且包括"一般能力"和人文素质。应该充分利用各种资源,对学生进行全方的地教育和影响。

The vocational education is competence - based, it is a teaching notion and model which emphasizes the training of competence. ＂Competence＂ here not only includes the professional competence, but also the ＂general competence＂ and the humanistic ability. All resource should be fully utilized to provide complete cultivation and influence.
