高校隐性思想政治教育是指教育者将教育的目的隐藏在显性思想政治教育之外的生活环境、特定形式的活动等而开展的教育。随着国内外形势的变化和大学生主体意识的增强,开展与显性教育互补的隐性教育,可以提高高校思想政治工作的实效。

The invisible ideological and political education refers to the education that conceals the invisible educational aims from the situation or activities of the invisible ideological and political education. With the changing of situation home and abroad and the in- creasing of students＇intersubjective ideas, the invisible ideological and political education , which can be compensatory to the visible one, will boost the work of ideological and political education in the college.
