摘要
利用油脂化学厂产生的高浓度含铝废碱液,对稻草进行烧碱法蒸煮。结果表明,全部使用废碱液蒸煮,不能制得合适的稻草化学浆。商品烧碱和废碱液的配比为8∶4和7∶5时,在同样的蒸煮条件下,比商品烧碱制得的浆,得率高,白度高,高锰酸钾值低。其原因除了由于纤维的保留率有所提高外,主要是由于铝离子的吸附保留所致。
The waste alkaline solution from fat chemistry factory involves high-consistency NaOH and Al^3+,which can be used in cooking the rice straw. The results showed that only using the waste alkaline solution can’t achieve the eligible pulp. When adding commercial NaOH in the waste alkaline solution, comparing to the pure commercial NaOH cooking liquor, we find the pulp with higher yield, higher brightness and lower Kappa number. The reason is the high fiber retention and the retention of the Al^3+ in the pulp. And the best proportion of the commercial NaOH and the NaOH in the waste alkaline solution is 8:4 and 7:5.
