文章以适应现代城镇、社区照明需求的中杆灯的抗风荷载能力、地脚紧固螺栓、基础修造的三大设计计算为主线。力求规范地阐明符合当今照明需求理念的中杆灯的三个基本特征的理性所在。同时本质地剖析了市场上一些中杆灯的欠理性之处及其内在的原因。

This paper focus on the design and calculation of the capacity of anti - wind load , holding down bolt and base construction of mid - length pole lamps, and try to regularly illustrate the theory of three basic characters of appropriate mid - length pole lamps which satisfy the requirement of the lighting. The paper also constitutionally analyzed the internal cause of the disadvantage of the mid - lenth pole lamps in the market.
