摘要
螺旋型CFL形状特殊,在烤管机烤箱内烘烤时易造成不均匀,严重影响灯管的质量,该文从工艺和设备的配合分析质量原因,并提出了提高烤管质量控制措施,对提高螺旋型CFL的品质具有十分重要的意义。
Due to screwing CFL configuration will be asymmetry and not fully etc. problem during heating tube to influence of the lamp quality. This text to analysis the cause of process ＆ equipment cooperation. It is a direction to bring the available solution to improve the quality of screwing CFL.
