高职旅游管理专业工学结合、半工半读“T”型人才培养模式的研究与实践

Study and Practice of T-type Cultivating Model of the Qualified Personnel of the Tourism Management Majors in Higher Vocational Education

我院旅游管理专业作为河南省教育教学改革试点专业,旅游管理教研室率先对"工学结合半工半读"人才培养模式进行研究,根据济源市"十一五"规划和学院的实际情况,提出了高等职业院校旅游管理专业工学结合"T"型人才培养模式,探索半工半读教学模式下的课程改革,分析了实施过程中的关键点。

As an education reform trial specialty in Henan Province, the study is made on the cultivating model of the qualified personnel, which focuses on combination between practice and instruction and work - study, by the Tourism Teaching - research Section. According to Jiyuan city 11 th five - year plan and the situation of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College, T - type cultivating model of the qualified tourist personnel is put forward and curricula reform of work - study is explored. In addition, key points in the practice are also analyzed.
