Approaches and Measures for Higher Vocational Teachers to Strengthen their Project Practice Ability

高等职业技术院校师资面临着专业素质滑坡的严峻现实,尤其是教师的工程实践能力远远适应不了培养高技能人才目标的要求。本文从高职教师应具备的工程实践能力、增强该能力的现实意义和途径与措施等方面进行了论述,以期寻求增强教师素质的治本之策。

Nowadays, a serious reality is that the higher vocational teachers＇ professional quality are descending, especially their project practice ability, which is far from to meet the need for cultivating the high skilled personnel. From the view of its reality meaning, approaches and measures, the higher vocational teachers should strengthen their project practice ability so as to seek a way to improve the teachers＇ quality in vocational colleges.
