摘要
根据SC11CB系列柴油机开发的需要,对机体-气缸盖水套结构进行改进设计,以保证柴油机整机的冷却要求。以计算流体动力学(CFD)为手段,对柴油机机体-气缸盖水套结构计算分析,为水套结构设计选择方案,并进一步为其结构优化提供定量分析的依据。从目前大量的试验结果看来,最终的水套结构改进方案有效,分析手段可行。
In order to meet cooling requirement of SC11CB series diesel engine, its water-jacket structure was improved during the engine development. The coolant flow in water-jacket was simulated by means of CFD tool. The analysis results provide quantify reference for the water-jacket design. According to the results of a large number of tests, the final optimized scheme of the water-jacket structure is very effective and the analysis method is sufficient.
