摘要 以中型发动机制造工厂的精益化设计规划为重点,探求从工厂设计阶段就为工厂的精益生产运行奠定良好基础,构建概念创新的精益化制造工厂。根据发动机产品生命周期与工厂生命周期关系模型图,建立了"标准模块式发动机工厂"概念,以使工厂设计适应未来的产品和生产的变化。在此基础上,研究了标准模块式发动机工厂的建筑结构特征,物流优化的工厂平面布置和工厂制造工艺规划等。 Lean production changes the way of mass production and is adopted by many enterprises in China. By focusing on planning of lean-production of medium-sized engine, an exploration is performed of laying a good foundation for lean-production operation at plan construction design phase and building a lean production plant with innovative concept. A concept of Standard Module Engine Plant is created according to the relation pattern of product life cycle and production life cycle, which enables the plant design to be suitable for the changes of future product and production. Based on the concept, construction characteristics of an engine plant in standard module, its layout with optimized logistics, and its manufacturing process are studied.
