Air Contamination and Its Prevention in ISSR Reaction

摘要 对ISSR反应中污染的来源进行了分析与讨论,提出了解决ISSR反应污染的方案,为准确进行ISSR分析奠定了基础。 In this paper, we discussed the sources of contamination in ISSR reaction and suggested a way to resolve it. This study laid a foundation for the accurate analysis by using ISSR technique.
