摘要
综述了白菜育种中应用游离小孢子培养技术所应注意的基因型和供体植株的选择、挑选合适大小的花蕾、植株再生以及移栽技术、倍性鉴定等问题,以便提高该技术在白菜育种工作中利用的成功率和效率。
The existing problems for applying isolated microspores culture techniques to Chinese cabbage breeding, inclucling selection of genotype and donor plant, picking of optimal sized flower buds, techniques for plant regeneration and transplanting, identification of chromosome configuration were summarized. In order to improve the efficiency of isolated microspores culture techniques in Chinese cabbage breeding.
