摘要
研究了日光温室内高CO2浓度对番茄叶片净光合速率、光合酶活性的影响。结果表明:增加CO2浓度提高了番茄净光合速率,600μmol/mol CO2处理60 d时,番茄叶片的净光合速率比对照增加了24.59%,900μmol/mol CO2处理则增加了43.74%,增加CO2浓度使叶片的气孔导度与蒸腾速率下降,促进了番茄叶片中可溶性糖和淀粉积累,降低了乙醇酸氧化酶活性,提高了番茄的光合效率。
The effect of elevated CO2 concentration on pure photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic enzyme of tomato leaves in solar greenhouse. The results showed that CO2 enrichment caused obviously increase in pure photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic rate was 24. 59% ,43.74% in treatment of CO2600 μmol/mol,900 μmol/mol as compared with CK,respectively,when treated 60 d, but stomata conductance and transpiratory rate of tomato were reduced, the accumulation of sol ule sugar and starch were promoted, the activity of glycolate oxidase was apparently decreased, photosynthetic efficiency was improved by CO2 enrichment.
