林区建设工程项目经济评价指标体系研究

Research on Index System of Economy Evaluation for Construction Engineering Project in Forest Area

分析我国林区建设工程项目经济评价指标体系的应用现状,指出现行指标体系的主要缺陷,并对相关指标进行修改和补充。从财务评价指标体系、国民经济评价指标体系和社会效益评价指标体系三方面构建出新的经济评价指标体系,并对指标体系的使用情况进行了说明。

The present conditions of application of economy evaluation index system about construction engineering project in the forest area of our country were analyzed, main disabilities of current index system were pointed out, and related indexes were modified and reinforced in this paper. A new economy evaluation index system was constructed from the respects of financial evalu- ation index system, national economic evaluation index system, and social benefits evaluation index system. At last, the usage of the index system was explained.
