摘要
目前,我国很多电厂烟气脱硫技改工程采取了不设烟气加热设备(GGH)这一工艺技术,得到国内外业内人士的普遍认同。为了解决不设置GGH后原有烟囱防腐和烟道改造施工而影响机组运行这一难题,文章通过工程实例,具体介绍了临时过渡烟囱的设计安装和烟囱的烟道入口的快速封堵技术,在不设GGH的脱硫技改工程中的成功应用。
Currently many power plants in China adopt the technology without flue gas heater (GGH) equipped in the flue gas desulfurization retrofitting project, achieving the universal acknowledgement from the home and abroad enterprises. In order to solve the difficult problem: anticorrosion of the original chimney and impact of gas conduit retrofitting construction upon the unit operation when no GGH is equipped,The article, through the project example, briefs the design and erection of temporary enterim chimney and the fast stopping- up technique of gas conduit inlet of chimney, and the successful application in the desulfitrization retrofitting project without GGH equipped.
