摘要
叙述了在变压器局部放电试验中遇到的夹件与外壳连接的螺丝松动导致局部放电量过大的故障,分析了局部放电的可能性,并重点阐述了铁心放电的可能性和原因。指出变压器在装配工艺中要严格把关,确保每一道工序合格;在制造过程中要采用高压试验时刻检测制造工艺的合格性。
The fault of overlarge partial discharge in partial discharge test of transformer was narrated, which was caused by the loose screw for the connection of clip and shell. The possibility of partial discharge was analyzed. The paper elaborated the possibility and reason of core discharge. It is pointed out that each working process should be qualified in assembler technology of transformer, the qualification of manufacturing technology should be constantly detected to adopt high voltage test in manufacturing process.
