得力生注射液加诺为本、顺铂方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

On Delisheng Combined with NVB and DDP in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察得力生注射液配合诺为本(NVB)、顺铂(DDP)即NP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法将60例非小细胞肺癌病人随机分为2组,治疗组接受得力生+NP方案治疗,对照组单用NP方案,两组均以21 d为1个周期,重复3个周期。结果治疗组比对照组近期客观有效率高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);而临床症状及生存质量改善率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论得力生注射液有助于中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床症状的改善,并提高生存质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Delisheng combined with NVB and DDP in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods Sixty patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided randomly into control group and therapy group. Patients in therapy group were treated with Delisheng and NP; control group only by NP. 21 days as a cycle for two . groups and three cycles were repeated. Results Comparing with control group , the effective rate was higher in therapy group , but significant difference was not observed between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. For the clinical symptom and life quality, significant differences were observed between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Delisheng may help alleviate the clinical symptom and improve the quality of patients＇ life in the treatment of advanced non - small cell lung cancer.
