青光眼术后浅前房的治疗

Therapy of Shallow Anterior Chamber after Glaucoma Operation

目的探讨青光眼术后浅前房的治疗。方法对各类青光眼术后浅前房137例137眼采取散瞳、加压包扎、双眼包盖、高渗剂等保守治疗。保守治疗无效者行手术治疗。结果35.77%(49/137)散瞳后前房形成,41.61%(57/137)保守治疗前房形成,22.62%(31/137)行手术治疗前房形成。结论青光眼术后浅前房及时恰当的治疗效果良好。保守治疗可使大部分患者前房恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of shallow anterior chamber after operation for glaucoma. Methods 137 cases（ 137 eyes） of shallow anterior chamber after operating for glaucoma were retrospectively analyzed. The cases of shallow anterior chamber were treated by non-surgical therapy and surgical therapy. The non-surgical therapy included mydriasis, pressure dressing filter bula, covering binoculus and using hypertonic liquid. Results 49 cases （of 137 cases ） anterior chamber were formed through operating. 57 cases （of 137 cases） of anterior chamber were formed through dilated pupil, and the other cases with other methods. Conclusion Shallow anterior chamber after operation for glaucoma has good effects through proper therapy. Most patients＇ anterior chamber can recover without non-surgical therapy.
