摘要
本文阐述了教师创造性能力在创新人才培养中的作用,并深入分析了教师创造性能力缺失的主客观原因,认为当前对教师创造性能力的培养必须从"五个统一"入手:转变教育观念与增强教师主体意识的统一;培养创造性教育能力与创造性学习能力的统一;营造创造性环境与培养教师内在创造性品质的统一;发展个性与培养团队精神的统一;开发智力与培养非智力因素的统一。
The paper describes from all aspects the role of teachers' creativity in nurturing of creative personnel with a deep analysis of the subjective and objective cause to the lack of the teachers' creativity . Therefore it proposes that the present nurturing of teachers' creativity should start with"the five unification" the unification of changing concepts of education and enhancing teachers' subjective sense the unification of building creative environment and nurturing of personality and development of spirit of teamwork the unification of intellectual ability and the emotional ability.
