摘要
目的比较几种核酸染料(Genefinder、Geneview、SYBER greenI)对于琼脂糖凝胶中DNA/RNA的染色效果并分析其取代溴化乙锭(EB)用于常规电泳后凝胶中核酸染色的可能性。方法分别使用四种核酸染料对凝胶中的RNA/DNA进行染色并对结果进行比较分析。结果四种染料对RNA/DNA染色结果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论新型核酸染料Genefinder、Geneview和SYBER greenI能够代替EB,用于常规凝胶中的DNA/RNA染色。
Objective To investigate the staining effect of Genefinder,Geneview and SYBER greenI to the DNA/RNA samples in the gels and evaluate the possible application of them in routine nucleic acid staining as a substitute for Ethidium Bromide(EB).MethodsComparative analysis was performed on the RNA/DNA staining efficiencies of four fluorescent dyes in preparative agarose gel electrophoresis.Results There was no obvious difference among staining efficiencies of four fluorescent dyes(P〉0.05).Conclusion The new nucleic stains of Genefinder,Geneview and SYBER greenI may substitute for EB as general dyestuff to stain RNA/DNA in the gel.
