肾的解剖观测及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的积累解剖学资料,为临床上肾疾患的外科治疗提供解剖学依据。方法解剖福尔马林液常规固定的成人尸体标本40具(男38具,女2具),观察分布于肾的动脉,冠状切面观察肾盏、肾盂,测量肾的长度、前后最厚处厚度,经肾门上方最宽处测量其上宽、经肾门下方最宽处测量其下宽、经肾盂离开肾门其中点前后分别测量肾的前宽和后宽;经肾门上下唇测量肾门长度,经肾门前后唇测量肾门宽度,标本自然状态下测量肾盂出肾门处肾盂直径。结果肾动脉一侧3支1例,占1.25%;肾动脉一侧2支1例,占1.25%;肾的长度右93.65±10.61 mm、左99.28±11.31 mm;肾的厚度右39.26±6.65 mm、左42.76±5.31 mm;肾上宽右54.48±7.74mm、左54.36±6.09mm;肾下宽右47.20±7.55mm、左48.26±9.10mm;肾前宽右42.40±12.49mm、左40.92±8.31mm;肾后宽右44.12±6.49mm、左47.50±6.27mm;肾门长右22.98±6.45mm、左19.26±7.39mm;肾门宽右14.50±2.97mm、左14.95±4.00mm;出肾门处肾盂直径右6.40±1.75mm、左5.32±1.14mm;肾内型肾盂占88.75%,肾外型肾盂占10%,双肾盂一例占1.25%。结论所观测资料有腹主动脉直接分支到肾上极和下极的肾动脉,对肾手术有一定意义。肾盂分肾内型肾盂和肾外型肾盂。左右两侧肾无显著性差异。
