摘要
以对碱性孔雀绿具有较好脱色作用的绿脓假单胞菌为研究对象,进行脱色机理研究,结果表明,该菌的脱色酶为胞内酶;粗酶液的适宜pH为7.0,30℃时酶的脱色率最高;盐度对脱色酶的活性表现出明显的抑制作用;染料的主体结构被破坏,发生了降解反应,可能有三种降解产物。
The study on the mechanism of decoloration of triphenylmethan was carried using pseudomonas aeruginosa, which had higher decoloring capability for malachite green. The results showed that the decolorizing enzyme was intracellular enzyme, optimal pH value was 7.0, it had maximum activity at 30℃, salinity had clear inhibition for enzyme activity, dye's main struction was destroyed and there maybe are three degradation production.
