从菌丝体中制备壳聚糖的研究

摘要 以青霉菌丝体为原料,在碱性溶液中,完成甲壳素的脱乙酰化,然后酸浸的方法把壳聚糖提取出来.利用微波技术,优化了制备工艺.采用NaOH浓度为5%,微波处理时间20 min,用2%的乙酸提取3 h,可得到收率为2%-3%、纯度为92%的壳低聚糖. Chitosan was extracted from penicillium. Chitin was deacetylated in the alkaxid solution; then, Chitosan was withdrawn in the acid solution. Using the microwave technology, Technical process was optimized. NaOH density was 5% ,microwave process time 20min, withdrew 3h with 20% ethanoic acid, The yield is 2% -3% ,the purity is 92%.
