县城土地资源集约利用评价与浅析

Evaluation and analysis of the county territory land resource intensive use——case study of Lushan county

采用多因素综合评价法,从经济、社会、生态效益三个方面建立综合指标体系,量化鲁山县土地资源集约利用水平,并对其土地集约利用现状进行了科学评价.根据评价结果,分析该研究区域土地集约利用的空间布局特征,以及土地集约利用水平与部分评价指标之间的关系,同时,针对鲁山县提高土地集约利用水平提出了一些措施,为研究县域土地资源集约利用提供科学的依据.

This paper mainly discusses the problem of the county territory land resource intensive use by the method of multi - factors comprehensive evaluation. The authors of the paper set up a comprehensive index system involving economy, society and ecological benefits and quantify the level of land intensive use in the Lushan County territory. Based on the result of the evaluation, the authors analyze spatial layout characteristics of land intensive use and the relation between the level of land intensive use and partial evaluating index in the Lushan region. Finally, some measures beneficial to enhance the land intensive use in the region have been put forward, which provide the scientific basic for the research of land intensive use in the county.
