摘要
北京就业压力日趋严重。通过对北京地区就业的逆奥肯现象分析,并运用北京就业弹性预测、产业结构的偏离度分析和就业结构的熵值分析等方法,对北京市就业结构进行研究,寻求影响北京当前就业形势的内在因素。
Employment pressure in Beijing is becoming greater. This thesis studies the employment structure in Beijing by analyzing the Inverse Okun phenomenon, and by adopting methods like employment elasticity forecast, departure degree analysis of industrial structure and entropy value analysis of employment structure, exploring the internal elements that influence the current employment situation in Beijing.
