The issue of migrant workers is related to the overall situation of social and economic development of China, and it is a strategic requirement to construct new type of socialism village and develop new model of industrialization and urbanization. As an energetic driver, migrant workers play a more and more important role in economic development. It has become one of major concerns for governments of various levels on how to improve migrant workers＇ quality, better employment conditions, protect their legal rights, and establish a united labor force market. Based on the special survey, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics and problems of migrant workers＇ , and calls up that all the society should care about migrant workers＇ conditions and be respected as urban citizens.
