Comparative Analysis of Employment Situation between College and Vocational Graduates

目前,我国高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻,这已成为社会各界普遍关注的问题。造成这种状况的原因除中国人受传统观念的影响外,还有高校大规模扩招、社会对高校毕业生提供的就业岗位不足等,因此,应通过加强思想教育、扩大就业岗位的供给等举措来解决这一社会难题。

After comparing the employment of college graduates with the employment of vocational graduates, this paper analyze the modern employment of college graduates is tough and the assignment system structure of the whole community is unreasonable, which will lead to relative social problems. This paper comes up with several suggestions for decision - making departments on how to improve the employment of the college graduates.
