This paper emphasizes the importance and sustainable development ideal. Based on the design of dwelling greenlands, this paper describes how to design the greenlands in small dwelling districts with saving cost and convenient management. Also it puts forward that the time and spatial ideal should be taken as the outstanding position in the management of small dwelling district greenlands, and the economical expense and long- term management purpose should be taken into account.
