摘要
介绍了钙依赖蛋白激酶(CDPKs)的结构特点以及酶活性调节,从激素信号、生长发育、细胞骨架、胁迫信号、防御反应、碳氮代谢以及离子通道调节几个方面阐述了CDPKs在植物钙信号转导中的生理功能,并对该领域的研究前景作了展望。
The physiological functions of calcium-dependent protein kinases （CDPKs） in plant calcium signal transduction are reviewed. It was found that CDPKs are involved in many physiological processes in plants such as hormones signal transduction, growth and development, formation of cytoskeleton, stress and defense responses, carbon and nitrogen metabolism, regulation of ion channels and so on. The perspective in this research field was also been discussed.
