摘要
体外冲击碎石机治疗尿路结石具有创伤小、费用低、治疗效果好等优点从而广泛应用于临床。本文简述了体外碎石机的发展史、工作原理和临床应用。对不同冲击波源的碎石机进行了比较,为临床选购提供科学依据。
